Brooke Rockey focuses on delivering clear, practical advice and counseling to families and individuals in the areas of estate and lifetime planning. It is her belief that it is futile to pass on wealth without wisdom. Her goal is to help clients define and build a lasting legacy. She educates clients on how they can accomplish the intended distriubtion of their estate to their loved ones in the most tax-wise manner. She then implements the documents that will carry out the clients' goals while retaining the greatest possible flexibility. These documents include wills, revocable and irrevocable living trusts, and testamentary trusts. She also assists clients in planning for the care of the incapacitated by preparing durable powers of attorney, appointment of health care representatives, and living wills.
